Our range of online qualifications are designed to help you to develop professional skills and knowledge in a variety of different business and vocational sectors.
These courses are an ideal first step for those wanting to gain a Level 2 qualification and may be particularly useful for those working in the voluntary and community sectors.
If you want to improve your CV, enhance your continued professional development (CPD) or learn about a particular subject area, then these are the qualifications for you.

Once you have selected your course you will be directed to the Plymouth City Council Online Survey Service. Click Start and you’ll be taken through a series of questions about your previous study, use of IT and your reasons for applying.
We’ll then need to ask you some basic information about yourself and your circumstances. We need this as it is a requirement of the Education Skills Funding Agency (ESFA) who fund the course. For more information, the website for the ESFA can be found by clicking here. Please be assured this information is all held securely in line with our GDPR policy.

These qualifications are designed to equip learners with the knowledge needed to care and support others. We offer a broad range of qualifications in health and/or social care subjects.
Qualifications include: Mental Health Awareness, Customer Service for Health and Social Care settings, Understanding Autism, Understanding Specific Learning Difficulties and Safe Handling of Medication.
Business and Industry
These subjects will equip learners with the knowledge needed to better understand the requirements of various roles within the Business and Industry Sector.
Qualifications such as: Principles of Team Leading, Warehousing and Storage, Lean Organisation Management Techniques and Cleaning Principles.
Essentials
Broaden your understanding or interests with these essential subjects for all modern-day work places. Designed to complement every stage of your career.
Qualifications include; Information, Advice or Guidance, Understanding Safeguarding and Prevent and Understanding Data Protection and Data Security.
